What you'll do

• Visit individuals receiving services in their homes
• supervise and support direct care staff
• conduct client and supervisory visits
• assist with admissions and service starts
• support onboarding, orientation, and training
• coordinate staffing and coverage
• monitor services and follow up on concerns
• review documentation
• communicate with clients, families, employees, and management
• assist with scheduling, compliance, and quality assurance
• provide direct client support or shift coverage when needed
• report incidents and operational issues.
