Medical Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Assist patients with Medicaid applications, renewals, and re-enrollment
• make inbound and outbound calls
• verify and update patient demographic and financial information
• help resolve account and enrollment issues
• document interactions in the EMR
• explain available Medicaid benefits
• coordinate with Medicaid representatives and patients.
