The Registered Nurse (RN) – Maternal Child Flex – Nights role is onsite in Norman, OK, with base compensation of $31.31–$51.14 per hour, plus applicable differentials. Norman Regional Health System’s Maternal Child Flex department serves newborn, women’s and children’s, and neonatal intensive care populations. The RN assesses patients, plans and coordinates care, implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes while floating among approved units. The role supports safe, evidence-based nursing care across maternal and child health settings.

What you'll do

• Assess and reassess patient needs
• analyze assessment data and establish nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes
• plan and coordinate care
• implement nursing interventions and delegate tasks safely
• evaluate patient responses and outcomes
• float among approved pods, including NICU, newborn transition, labor and delivery, and women’s and children’s units.
