What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop clinic leadership and support teams
• partner on hiring strategy, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design
• oversee front desk, check-in, check-out, rooming, and clinical workflows
• address clinic-flow issues, provider schedules, staffing coverage, and schedule changes
• track patient experience, schedule utilization, visit completion, access, timeliness, and care-margin metrics
• partner on process improvements
• collaborate with the Medical Director and providers
• oversee patient-experience and quality-of-care escalations
• support healthcare privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance
• coordinate clinic readiness and facility needs.
