Outside Sales Representative

The representative develops new business and maintains customer relationships by prospecting in the territory, assessing client needs, and presenting waste management solutions. The role also supports customer satisfaction through account follow-up and coordination with operations and customer service.

What you'll do

• Prospect leads through direct outreach, cold calling, networking, and territory site visits
• identify and close new business by presenting tailored waste management solutions
• maintain client relationships and address service issues
• conduct site assessments and service evaluations
• manage CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasts
• coordinate with operations and customer service.
