What you'll do

• Set daily priorities and performance expectations
• coach, train, and develop crew chiefs and restoration technicians
• participate in hiring and onboarding
• coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules
• oversee project documentation, scopes, and progress
• ensure safe and quality work
• communicate with customers, adjusters, and business partners
• resolve service issues
• manage labor and equipment utilization
• monitor production results and identify improvements
• ensure projects are documented and ready for billing.

Why this role
