Licensure/Certification Qualifications:. FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN (0.6-1.0 FTE). Join an experienced, progressive, well-respected primary care team (2 MD's, 3 NP) with full diagnostic and therapeutic support services, including pharmacy, infusion services, and rehabilitative services for adult and pediatric patients. Mentoring provided to new physicians.
