Certified Home Health Aide (Per Diem)

The Certified Home Health Aide (Per Diem) role is onsite in Campbell, CA, with pay of $30–$33 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, linen changes, dressing, toileting, and skin care
• maintain cleanliness of the patient’s living area
• prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• take and record vital signs when ordered
• assist with ambulation and exercises as directed
• assist with medication administration and laundry
• report condition changes to the assigned nurse
• document care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
