What you'll do

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual funder and internal financial reports
  • monitor grant and contract budgets and expenditures
  • develop budgets and funding-application narratives
  • prepare required federal and state reports
  • review other grant staff’s reports
  • complete grant close-outs and reconciliations
  • record revenue and receivables
  • review cash drawdowns and accounts payable
  • ensure general ledger accuracy and prepare adjusting entries
  • lead preparation for Head Start and Early Head Start monitoring reviews
  • assist with the annual financial audit
  • and provide financial updates to program management and Policy Council.
