Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives, review estimates for repair, perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis, perform wiring repairs, advise shop of needed repairs, keep inventory of stock, write and email service invoices, collect signature or payment, keep shop equipment operating, collaborate with teammates.
