What you'll do

• Support lead teachers in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms
• implement lesson plans and educational activities
• assist with classroom management
• supervise children during play, meals, and rest
• follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• build relationships with children, parents, and staff
• organize and prepare learning materials
• cover breaks, absences, and planning periods
• report developmental concerns or incidents.

Why this role
