Account Executive

Job overview

The Account Executive role is hybrid in Herndon, VA, with three telework days per week. The target base salary is $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus commission or incentive compensation. It builds and manages a qualified pipeline, leads customer discussions through the sales cycle, and works with internal teams to advance revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships and qualified opportunities
• create account and territory strategies
• maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
• engage senior decision-makers and lead discovery
• coordinate presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and follow-up
• participate in networking and industry events
• collaborate with Marketing, Proposal, Product, and leadership teams
• use approved generative AI and digital tools to support sales activities
• meet assigned sales objectives.
