What you'll do

• Support safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable manufacturing
• work with CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws, and other woodworking tools
• help lead a small team of shop technicians
• communicate and work collaboratively
• perform physically demanding work, including lifting over 50 pounds and navigating stairs
• maintain a reliable, punctual work routine.
