What you'll do

• Monitor online orders from arrival through shipment
• flag delays and prioritize urgent orders
• confirm orders are correctly statused and allocated
• drive putaway and replenishment
• escalate inventory issues
• assist where workflow bottlenecks occur
• coordinate with floor leads
• monitor and troubleshoot ShipHero devices, stations, settings, and order workflows
• pull reports
• provide basic floor IT support.
