Collision Repair Technician

The Collision Repair Technician role is onsite at the Cincinnati Collision Center in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is not specified. Fuller Ford’s dealership Collision Center handles a high volume of Ford Transit and Super Duty repairs and is supported by parts and dealership staff. The technician restores collision-damaged vehicles to proper fit, finish, and structural condition, completing repairs from teardown through reassembly. The role follows OEM procedures, coordinates with the repair team, and checks completed work for quality and safe operation.

What you'll do

• Repair collision damage on cars, trucks, vans, and larger Ford vehicles
• perform aluminum body repairs when applicable
• remove and replace damaged panels and components
• complete structural, frame, and unibody repairs as required
• tear down vehicles to identify hidden damage and reassemble them
• perform MIG welding and metal or aluminum repair as needed
• follow OEM repair procedures
• coordinate with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and technicians
• inspect alignment, fit, operation, and repair quality
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
