What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facility utilities including HVAC, purified water, compressed air, boilers, chillers, and electrical equipment
• execute and track preventive and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot facility and equipment issues
• support qualification, commissioning, validation, calibration, and requalification under cGMP requirements
• coordinate external vendors
• maintain maintenance records, work orders, logbooks, asset information, SOPs, and engineering documentation
• support facility improvements, upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, inspections, audits, and investigations
• use engineering and maintenance software systems.
