What you'll do

• Manage assigned case files and review case status
• draft pleadings, notices, motions, affidavits, and certificates of service
• review attorney-prepared pleadings for accuracy and completeness
• research case files and obtain title information
• request client documentation and order title searches
• manage service of process and filing timelines
• monitor deadlines
• assist with hearing preparation and scheduling
• liaise with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, court personnel, and administrative parties
• research local court rules.
