Staff Accountant

Job overview

The Staff Accountant role is in-office in Skokie, IL. Compensation is $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience. All-Stat Portable provides portable diagnostic services to post-acute, at-home, and corporate clients across multiple states.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
• prepare and record journal entries for intercompany transactions, cash activity, accruals, and period-end adjustments
• prepare monthly bank and account reconciliations
• maintain fixed-asset records and support asset verification audits
• support process improvement and Oracle NetSuite automation
• maintain budgets, forecasts, reporting, and tax models
• file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports
• and assist the Revenue Cycle Team with cash reconciliations, contractual analyses, and accounts-receivable aging.
