What you'll do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategy
• collaborate with department leaders on recruiting, selection, and onboarding
• design and implement HR strategy
• maintain personnel records and OSHA reporting
• conduct wage and salary surveys
• resolve employee grievances
• develop and recommend personnel policies
• complete EEO-1 and other required reports
• administer employee benefits
• support team members with HR services
• lead team-member engagement
• supervise Human Resources, Education, and Communications team members.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree preferred. Five years of progressive healthcare-based HR experience is preferred. CHHR, SHRM-CP, or SPHR certification is preferred.
