Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility. Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute care settings preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs, mobility training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.
