The Vice President of Development, Design & Construction is an onsite role based in Addison, TX, with a salary range of $235,200.00–$341,200.00 per year. This position supports Lifespace Communities, a nonprofit senior living organization, by leading enterprise-wide capital development and redevelopment initiatives. This executive role exists to provide strategic leadership for complex capital projects, including master planning, construction, and renovation. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget to enhance the resident experience.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise capital planning, redevelopment, renovation, and new development initiatives.
• Serve as the owner's representative for major capital projects.
• Direct architects, developers, engineers, and contractors.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar capital budgets and project schedules.
• Establish enterprise design standards.
