Product Release Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review thermal-process parameters and production documentation before positive release
• place potentially affected finished product on incident hold in the ERP system
• review microbiological results
• coordinate third-party testing
• maintain release trackers
• participate in change management
• perform daily GMP walks
• support mock recalls and traceability exercises
• comply with food safety, occupational safety, environmental, legal, and company requirements.

Why this role
