The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist — Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) role is an onsite position in Gainesville, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; flexibility may change as the program evolves. Compensation is $128,500–$167,000 per year, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and case-by-case relocation assistance. The role supports a regional hospital’s oncology program and its TCT, BMT, and CAR-T services. The role exists to provide clinical and operational medication management for complex cancer therapies. The pharmacist collaborates with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists on treatment planning, participates in multidisciplinary rounds, and supports pharmacy operations and oncology quality initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services for TCT, BMT, and CAR-T patients
  • coordinate antineoplastic and immunomodulating medication management
  • collaborate on therapeutic planning
  • participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations
  • support oncology quality initiatives
  • verify orders and oversee pharmacy technicians.

Why this role
