What you'll do

• Develop and maintain nursing service philosophy, objectives, standards, policies, and process manuals
• establish care-planning systems for assessments, treatment plans, goals, evaluations, and discharge planning
• recruit, interview, hire, coach, discipline, and evaluate staff
• maintain knowledge of certification, survey, and Medicare requirements
• validate compliance with state and federal long-term-care requirements
• coordinate nursing quality assurance
• direct the Executive Director’s functions in their absence.

Why this role
