What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, bake, serve, and deliver food
• support school meal programs and site production
• conduct on-site reviews of food production, preparation, safety, and sanitation
• develop recipes with meal contribution calculations, costing, production, and presentation
• train and assist Sous Chefs and substitutes
• assist with menus and food utilization standards
• collaborate on catering and special events.
