What you'll do

• Lead daily and monthly manufacturing operations
• oversee safety, staffing, scheduling, production, and delivery goals
• drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• monitor efficiency, resource use, and quality metrics
• develop operational policies and capacity plans
• coordinate materials with Supply Chain and Purchasing
• manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and capital projects
• lead hiring and employee development
• support customers with Sales and Customer Service.
