What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illegal activity
• maintain knowledge of card brand rules and network regulations
• supervise underwriting, risk, and dispute resolution staff
• manage quality, training, staffing, and productivity
• advise staff and ISO partners
• review high-risk merchant activity and relationships
• collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams
• maintain policies and procedures
• oversee compliance frameworks
• prepare senior-management presentations
• assist law enforcement, card brands, and internal risk colleagues with risk events.
