The Learning Environment Field Consultant role is a hybrid, territory-based position associated with Milwaukee, WI, with a base salary of $50,000–$80,000 per year plus an uncapped commission plan with $15,000 in target annual commission earnings at quota. Demco partners with schools and libraries to create learning spaces and resources that support learning and connection. The consultant develops relationships with K–12 schools and public libraries, identifies customer needs, and presents learning-space and furniture solutions. Field visits, measurements, photos, and collaboration with design teams help produce accurate proposals and support customer projects.

What you'll do

• Review sales pipeline and plan outbound calls and emails
• contact K–12 schools and public libraries to identify needs and opportunities
• travel throughout the territory to visit educators, administrators, and library leaders
• showcase products
• take site measurements and photos
• collaborate with design teams on proposals
• participate in regional trade shows
• log activity in the CRM and coordinate next steps with internal teams.

Why this role
