What you'll do

• Answer and route internal and external calls
• take and relay accurate messages
• greet residents, families, and visitors and provide directions
• support marketing materials
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• maintain resident lists, rosters, registers, and guest logs
• coordinate appointments and related services
• keep front desk and entry areas organized
• sort and distribute mail
• maintain resident forms
• follow confidentiality and operating procedures.
