What you'll do

• Supervise employees and production activities to meet schedules
• train employees in safe use of machinery, tools, equipment, and controls
• conduct initial accident investigations and prepare documentation
• coordinate next processes with scheduling
• track efficiency, utilization, delivery, quality, scrap, and other KPIs
• work with engineering and production management on processes
• resolve floor issues through communication
• maintain workflow and inventory accountability
• occasionally operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods.
