What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy programs
• select and adapt treatment approaches
• support safe performance in activities of daily living and instrumental activities
• teach task strategies
• assess home and other environments and advise on alterations
• recommend adaptive equipment and train residents in its use
• educate families and caregivers
• monitor and document progress and care
• collaborate with team members. Flex team members are encouraged to cover needs at multiple sites as they are able.
