Tagalog Linguistic Evaluator & Functional Tester

The Tagalog Linguistic Evaluator & Functional Tester role is onsite in Portland, OR, in a private, secure Welocalize office area; remote or work-from-home arrangements are not possible for this program. The evaluator reviews pre-release AI output in Tagalog and tests the product experience on client-supplied devices. By identifying language-quality, usability, and functional issues and documenting reproducible findings, the role helps improve the product before release.

What you'll do

• Evaluate pre-release AI output in Tagalog for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and quality
• fact-check responses against source material
• test Tagalog and English feature parity and user journeys
• check script, diacritics, text direction, mixed-language input, display, and localization
• document reproducible issues with device, operating system, locale, build ID, and evidence
• retest fixes
• provide native-level language feedback
• support other linguistic projects as needed.
