What you'll do

• Conduct member kickoffs covering goal setting, nutrition, equipment use, and exercise form
• prepare and deliver fitness programs
• track progress and provide follow-up
• demonstrate safe exercise techniques
• support member service activities and fitness tools
• schedule training sessions and appointments
• maintain facility organization
• meet company expectations for sessions, training revenue, and related sales.

Why this role
