What you'll do

• Perform pre-admission and pre-procedure assessments
• review medical histories and medications
• verify testing and documentation
• communicate abnormal findings
• assist with endoscopy procedures
• provide pre-op and PACU care, monitoring, recovery, discharge preparation, and education
• maintain patient privacy and safety
• participate in quality improvement and staff education
• maintain competency across clinical areas and moderate sedation monitoring.
