Job overview
The Senior Design Engineer, MOSFET and IGBT role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA; the annual salary range is $140,000–$160,000. What you'll do
- Simulate power-device structures and processes using TCAD tools
- characterize devices with laboratory equipment
- design power-device layouts using L-edit or Cadence

Why this role
