What you'll do

• Lead culinary operations across catering, special events, and business dining
• develop and execute seasonal menus
• guide food production and event execution
• recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary team members
• partner with operational and hospitality leaders
• monitor food, labor, and operating costs
• ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• manage purchasing, inventory, vendors, and product specifications
• support event planning, logistics, staffing, and onsite execution
• contribute to presentations, tastings, and client engagement.
