What you'll do

• Serve as the primary help-desk contact for tickets and phone requests
• travel to sites for on-site maintenance
• set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, phones, printers, and mobile devices
• install and configure software
• maintain hardware and software inventory
• help maintain network security
• complete assigned project work
• update internal customers
• coordinate with vendors
• document systems and maintenance
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide after-hours or emergency assistance as needed.
