What you'll do

• Lead non-lawyer staff and vendors
• oversee case, document, and technology systems
• create and enforce policies, procedures, and workflows
• monitor case and task progress, quality, and deadlines
• oversee facilities, equipment, and supplies
• support recruiting, hiring, staffing, performance management, onboarding, and training
• verify payroll information and assist with benefits
• prepare dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
