Recovery Representative, Accounts Receivable

What you'll do

• Respond to client billing and service concerns
• investigate past-due balances and account circumstances
• negotiate payment arrangements and other resolutions within established guidelines
• handle disputes and work receivables toward recovery
• partner with service and sales teams to resolve issues
• research accounts and exercise judgment
• meet daily inbound and outbound call requirements
• communicate by phone and in writing and complete follow-up
• handle daily payroll holds
• navigate multiple systems
• participate in ongoing training.
