What you'll do

• Lead delivery across the active project portfolio
• establish project procedures, gate reviews, and documentation standards
• manage budgets, cost-to-complete, margin, forecasting, and project controls
• administer pay applications, change orders, and closeout documentation
• negotiate scope splits and coordinate contracts, permitting, licensing, safety, and compliance
• mentor project managers and field leaders
• serve as a senior contact for clients and partners. Travel to active project sites is estimated at 25–40%.
