The Cashier / Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC. Pay is $12.00–$15.00 per hour. Forsyth Seafood Market & Cafe is a fresh seafood market and Southern fried seafood restaurant with roots in Eastern North Carolina fishing communities. The cashier supports front-of-house service by taking and processing orders, assisting guests across service stations, and helping maintain product quality and clean, safe customer areas. The role contributes to an accurate, welcoming experience for in-person, phone, online, and curbside customers.

What you'll do

• Assist at registers, in the dining room, and with phone orders
• greet guests
• take orders in person and by phone
• process cash and credit payments using Toast POS
• serve curbside and dine-in orders
• maintain register, counter, and dining-room cleanliness
• complete opening and closing health and safety tasks
• report complaints to the manager on duty
• assist with checklists and other front-of-house tasks.
