Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow
• provide prompt, courteous customer service and concierge support
• answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• assist with diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools
• maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• oversee warranty claims and service department training and supervision
• collaborate with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions.
