What you'll do

• Take over projects and review plans, scope, and budgets
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
• conduct site visits and preconstruction meetings
• coordinate doors, frames, hardware, and countertop sequencing
• monitor site readiness and installation progress
• support installation teams
• track costs and scope changes
• communicate with customers, subcontractors, and project managers
• manage reorders, extra work, cleanup, quality control, punch lists, and closeout
• maintain RFIs, ASIs, and as-built records.
