Retail Floor Lead

The Retail Floor Lead role is onsite in Farmington, UT. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, plus team-pulled commission. Vuori designs athletic apparel for movement and exercise with a casual style for everyday wear. The Floor Lead helps deliver strong customer experiences while guiding daily store-floor operations. The role supports sales goals, product knowledge, team execution, and store standards under the direction of the Store Manager.

What you'll do

• Support customers with fitting rooms, sizing, and informed merchandise feedback
• build customer relationships and share product information
• lead day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent
• motivate the sales team toward goals
• communicate inventory needs
• guide projects, restocking, visual merchandising, cleaning, and opening and closing procedures.
