What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop Program and Project Managers
• establish project lifecycle and SDLC standards, phase gates, and required artifacts
• define project health and RAG reporting criteria
• monitor delivery against scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality expectations
• drive issue resolution and recovery plans
• oversee risk, issue, and change management
• coordinate stakeholders, resources, and budgets
• support portfolio reviews, steering committees, and change control boards
• drive adoption of PMO standards and continuous improvement.
