Machine Operator — 2nd Shift is an onsite role in Monticello, IA, with a stated shift of 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM. Base pay starts at $20 per hour, plus a $1 per hour shift differential. The operator sets up and runs production machinery to process building parts to specifications, while maintaining equipment and following safety and quality requirements. What you'll do

• Set up and operate heavy machinery and gauges for cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing
• operate computerized and material-handling equipment
• perform routine preventive maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication
• mark parts with identifying information and attach tags
• follow safety rules
• maintain continuous-improvement practices
• handle materials and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

Why this role
