What you'll do

• Design and execute experiments involving transfection, passaging, and sampling of CHO cell cultures
• examine gene copies, transcript levels, protein folding, assembly, trafficking, secretion, and degradation
• analyze data with statistical, bioinformatics, and pathway-analysis tools
• prepare reports, presentations, and manuscripts
• collaborate across scientific teams
• follow laboratory safety and data-integrity requirements.
