What you'll do

• Assist with daily construction site coordination and scheduling
• track progress, follow up on tasks, and report delays or issues
• read construction drawings and coordinate site work
• facilitate communication among Mandarin- and English-speaking teams, contractors, and suppliers
• coordinate materials, deliveries, and daily work arrangements
• support quality and safety follow-up under the project manager’s direction
• prepare and organize project documents, meeting notes, and progress reports.

Why this role
