The role combines encouragement and supervision with behavioral monitoring, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, recordkeeping, and community outings.

What you'll do

• Support residents’ activities of daily living and social skills
• monitor behavior and intervene as appropriate
• communicate with residents and staff
• assist with menu planning and grocery shopping
• assign and supervise resident tasks
• provide crisis intervention
• package and monitor medication
• assist with benefit applications
• maintain house rules and records
• transport residents to community outings and appointments as needed.
