What you'll do

• Provide hygiene and personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• prepare meals and change linens
• perform light housekeeping
• take and record vital signs, height, and weight when necessary
• assist with range-of-motion activities and walking
• document observed changes and report them to the Director of Nursing
• follow care policies and standards.
